Whiskers came to NTRC with miles of trail experience—and he brought all that go-get-’em energy with him.

With his unique blend of Tennessee Walker, Andalusian, and Quarter Horse, Whiskers is equal parts smooth, sturdy, and spirited. He’s got a fast pedal (and he knows it), and he lights up when he gets the chance to put it to work. Whether it’s an energetic lap in the arena or an enthusiastic stroll on the sensory trail, Whiskers is always ready to roll.

But he’s more than just motion—he’s smart, responsive, and enjoys having a job. Since joining NTRC in 2023, he’s shown that his trail horse roots translate beautifully to therapy work with participants who benefit from a horse that’s tuned in and ready to move.
