Sugar’s name might be sweet—but his personality is all spice and fun.

This Quarter Pony came to NTRC after a life of pleasure riding and trails, and he’s quickly become one of the most vocal and playful personalities on the farm. If you hear a deep, echoing whinny across the property—it’s probably Sugar making an entrance.

He’s also become our unofficial cone and barrel manager, taking his job of bumping, rolling, and occasionally rearranging them during lessons very seriously. Whether he's zig-zagging through obstacles or nosing the equipment just because he can, Sugar keeps everyone laughing.

With his expressive face, unmistakable voice, and a healthy sense of curiosity, Sugar brings energy and fun to every session.
